We want you to be happy with your stickers. If something isn't right, we'll sort it out.

Changed your mind?
You can return unused sticker sheets within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund of the item price. Please contact us first, then post the sheets back to us unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by you.

Faulty, damaged or misprinted?
If a sheet arrives damaged, misprinted or not as described, contact us within 14 days with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including postage. You won't need to send anything back.

Exchanges
Want a different sheet instead? Contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange an exchange.

Pre-applied tile packs
Tile packs you've built yourself can be returned under the same terms as long as the tiles are unused.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return, or of us agreeing a refund for a faulty item.
