Meet Chicho, the smallest member of staff

The Daily Grind LEGO café MOC dressed with menu boards and coffee shop signage from the sheet.

Every shop on the street has a keeper, and most of them are human. The Daily Grind has two keepers, and only one of them can reach the counter.

Brenda Hart runs The Daily Grind the way she runs everything, with warmth and standards in equal measure, which is why the milk is never burnt and the regulars keep coming back. Chicho is the terrier who runs the place with her, or believes he does. He has a favourite spot by the pastry case, an opinion on every customer, and a following that may one day eclipse the shop itself.

They are the reason the café sheet feels like a café and not a template. When Bard passes down the street in the night and leaves the signs behind, the menu boards, the loyalty cards, the painted details, Brenda simply opens up and there it all is. Chicho takes the credit.

If you are building a modular café, The Daily Grind sheet is their shop in decal form, 55 designs you cut out and place yourself. Mind the terrier.
